Does "No Longer Grading" still pass authentication?

If you sell or purchase a PSA-graded card on ebay that is 100% authentic and has been correctly graded, but if that card is from a set that PSA has decided for whatever reason to add to their "No Longer Grading" status, will that card still pass through the 3rd party authentication stage on its way in between seller and buyer without issue, just like any other card normally would?

Of course it will pass. The eBay Auth Guarentee (which is handled by PSA) only makes sure the graded card they receive is the one listed/pictured in the listing and that it is a real slab. The cert is still valid, just no new certs for that set will be generated at this time for new grading submissions.
