PSA Card submission Status order arrived

Has anyone had there cards stuck in order arrived. With Christmas and holidays I forgot about my submission. I was just checking and its been at order arrived since they received the cards Dec 17 and I checked other past orders and they move quickly to Order Prep after a couple days. I dont even have a order number yet.
I filled out the online form to ask PSA but that usually takes like 5 days or so to get an answer.
I checked UPS did deliver it to them.

They had a note on their facebook page that they are behind in the receiving process, so this does not seem like something to be worried about.

I found the message on facebook:
Both to close 2024 and to begin 2025, we have experienced a high volume of incoming submissions, which has resulted in a delay in our receiving process – the unboxing and system entry of delivered packages.
So a month to unpackage my shipment that arrived on Dec 17
As I just got this reply from PSA - fast this time just over a day to reply:
Currently, we are processing mail received on 12/16/24. Please allow us more time to enter your order into our system. Once your order has been entered into the system, you will be notified that your order has begun and your new unique order number will be available to view and track on your online dashboard.
why wouldn't they put that note on their website? I looked for it after watching NEO's youtube video but didn't see it...

My last order to move from Arrived was yesterday. It had been there since 12/11
Its frustrating if this business was in another industry they wouldnt last with these service levels. You cant take a month to unpackage orders. Its just arrogant.
