Well don't interfere with live play and you won't get banned

    It's simple Math 🤷

    an easy and good decision

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

Simple solution, build the stadiums so the fans can't
    interfere.

Fans like their foul balls though

There are ways to eliminate fans from interfering but they would be either impractical, limit the size of existing fields or block the views from the best seats.
    1. Tear down all the old stadiums and put up newly designed ones to keep fans away. Never gonna happen.
    2. Install a barrier between the foul line and the stands so players are kept back. Never gonna happen.
    3. Place a barrier in front of the very first row along the field perimeter. Might happen and fans will howl.

There will be plenty of foul balls for the fans. What's more important ,the team winning or a foul ball caught by a fan?
    Just sayin.

What is more important, common sense in all things.

Eagles fan's vile tirade at woman cheering Packers captured in ugly video https://search.app/EbS2oQZwXCEseHk37

This dirt bag got himself banned from Eagles games and actually lost his job over this

The fact that this guy could talk to a young woman like this is actually worse imo than fighting a guy in the stands

Fox News is usually one of the first websites I check out in the morning, and they had this story on their front page.

Yes, I don't condone it either, especially doing it to a woman which I have never done. But just a hunch that this Packers fan was giving it back just as good to the Eagles fan.

Frankly, I'm not sure what the guy was so hissed off about, the Eagles covered the spread. LOL

I just clicked on the video. She wasn't goading the Eagles fan at all. Seems like a very nice lady. Cute to.

The guy deserved what he got.

lost his job at a New Jersey-based DEI-focused consulting firm. Ain't that rich!

I don't think that represents Eagles fans at all btw just a guy who is a scumbag

Fun good natured ribbing at opposing parks is to be expected but brutally rude personal verbal attacks are completely uncalled for

The guy was a total ass there for sure but I frown, to a much lesser extent, on recording and cancelling people in a similar vein. That’s lame baby. Got him. Got him.

I am not a fan of recording stuff either, and I don't think the guy should have lost his job over that.

If your a cop then your held to a higher standard and that's different but a private sector guy shouldn't have been fired

What bothers me as well, is Philly fans have great respect for Packers fans, which as we know is one of the great football franchises in NFL history. This behavior was totally uncalled for.

Frankly, if she was a Cowboys fan, his behavior would still be unacceptable. But at least I could understand it considering how Philly fans loathe the Dallas Cowboys. This guy is just a nut job. Probably high on drugs, alcohol, or whatever - still no excuse.

Nothing new what I'm about to say, but it shows once again the power of the internet in this day and age.

Might think the chances of this video being posted, and his boss ends up seeing it and firing him, would be remote. Still a bit of bad luck, but that's the price ya sometimes pay for being a jerk.

I'd have to believe, if he coveted his now former job, that he will post a letter of public apology, send a copy to his former boss, and see if he can get re-hired. Might work, might not?

People in society need to police their behavior better, there's really no excuse for that. At the same time, I'm finished with all the "cancel culture" BS. There's no reason why people's lives should be potentially ruined over a thing like that.

In a nutshell: guy acted rude and cursed at a stranger during a football game, someone recorded it and the curser lost his job. WOW!!! :s

I don't think the Fox News story mentioned who recorded it. It appears from the woman's facial expressions that she may have known the person recording it. I have a feeling she came to the game with another woman. The jerk was "brave" with his snide remarks because it wasn't a man sitting with her.

I'm not going to elaborate, but if that was my girl, even just a first date, and some guy said that to her, I'd be in his face faster than the speed of light, and it may not have ended pretty for him. I think most men would have done the exact same thing.

Hey insult me all ya want, call me any name ya want, that's fine. But never, and I do mean never insult my women family and friends like that.

I agree with Maywood. People do need to police their behavior better. acting a fool in public is a teenage thing to do. and even they should not do it. I have a feeling that alcohol probably was involved. it often is in situations such as this. I find that people have less self control today than they did in years past.

I dont know if this fool should have lost his job over it, that is up to his employer. I dont know if I would want to employ someone who could lose it like that. People need to realize that when out in public, there is always the chance what you do could end up on video.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

I could have gotten to that ball and either caught it or knocked it down before Mookie could have gotten a glove on it. No interference, no lifetime ban, nothing but a foul ball.
No opposing player is coming where I’m seated and making an out against my home team, simple as that. I paid to sit there, you want an out against my team then go make it on the field.
Those guys were just morons who have no common sense.

very difficult to show that type of restraint when someone is calling your fiancée an ugly, dumb c*nt. but i tell you what, it worked out beautifully. instead of trying to retaliate and getting ambushed, the guy whipped out his phone and started rolling it. next thing you know, mr. asshat Eagles fan was banned from the stadium and lost his job. that's far more effective than any haymaker that could've been thrown

what's equally as unbelievable to me is that no one attempted to intervene on behalf of that couple. how can you hear any male calling any female an ugly, dumb c*nt and not say anything? we are circling the drain as a society

you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet

Apparently this scumbag had 2 of his buddies with him

I can say with absolute certainty that if one of my buddies was doing that I would have 1000% made him stop or put my own hands on him.

There are certain things you just don't do and this guy's behavior is one of those things

BTW - by "I'd be in his face" I didn't necessarily mean violence. But there would definitely be some nasty comments to him from me, at the minimum STFU. Now if he wanted to escalate it from there, then I'd be forced to accommodate him.

If all that guy filming the video did, if he was the woman's family or friend, was film the video without saying anything to the jerk, then his underwear might consist of colorful panties.

To wrap it up, over the years I've been to countless sports bars, clubs, sports events, etc in the Philly area, and have never witnessed anything such as that. So the dummies online bashing Philly about this as if it happens all the time, don't have a clue what they're yapping about.

The lady's companion made the right call to not try and physically intervene. No good comes of that for them. Jerkface has two friends with him that will defend him. Everybody else will just jump in based on jersey colors and that leaves lady and her companion badly outnumbered. I get the desire to intervene, and the guy deserves to have his teeth rearranged, but there's no winning in that situation for them.

As for the guy getting fired, he worked for a DEI firm. How can they promote DEI when their employees act like that? So, yeah, he's gotta go. But also yeah in general not a fan of firing people for stuff they do outside of work.
