What is PCGS policy on returning ALL contents of a submission?
I submitted a sealed $20 MMIX for First Strike and got it (MS70 BTW). They sent the coin back. They did not send back the Display Case and the certificate of authority - but did include the packing list in the slab box they shipped it to me. Over one week and I haven't gotten a supplemental shipment w/ the display box which is important to me. I tried calling PCGS without getting connected or return call. I've emailed using their contact link. Should I be worried?

On the submission form it is important to write down your desire to keep the OGP, otherwise they will not.
I'm surprised that they did not return your original coin capsule. They usually will whether you ask or not.
They may still have it, see what they say.
Like @Sanddollar said, buy one on eBay if you want one. Good luck!..1

Fortunately those mint boxes are cheap on eBay, should it come down to that.
Thanks for responding. The boxes are about $75. Not really cheap. I'll continue with trying to get a human at PCGS.
If not specifically on the form it gets tossed. Same with GSA Boxes and other things.
