TrueView disappointments

TrueView imaging disappointments. Last year, I submitted 14 coins (mostly for crossover), including TrueView imaging. The results were a mixed bag of what I expect and what I was not happy with. Specifically, most of these coins have attractive toning. Typically, I have gotten beautiful images that "illuminate the toning" (Wording on the TrueView submission page). However, many of the images were anything but attractive, as if the photographer was unaware of how to illuminate toning.

This is the image I received...
This is an image I created from images on Heritage's website (where I won the coin).
The TrueView really isn't helpful to us if we don't know what it looks like in hand.
Note the fact that this coin dropped 2 whole grades to get it to crossover to PCGS, but that's another story...
Looking at the PCGS grade along with both photos, it appears to be the most accurate.
trueviews has been problems since Phil Arnott left
i can believe they are inaccurate
still would like to see your versions of what they should be
I aske PCGS if I could have them skip my TV's on my next 8 coin voucher submission and perhaps reduce turnaround time and was told no.

This is nightmare fuel! Sorry they did that to your girl.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
IMO, nothing would make this coin attractive. At least your image brought out its reflective surfaces.
