Trying to verify year for an older NFL jersey certificate

Does anyone know who I can contact to verify a NFL authenticate certificate?

There is a NFL No. 10610 in the bottom left corner, how do I connect it to the year of the jersey?

If you have the jersey, there should be a hologram on the jersey and you could enter that information on the fanatics website to tell what game that jersey is from.

I liked it better when MeiGray handled the Eagles jerseys. Back then you would get a letter like this one that mentioned the year.

Look up the game he played and see if the photo matches your jersey. I see similar one online...
