Unusual die polish in all directions (not hairlines) giving the coin a kind of proof like finish. Light reverse specks are minor issue, beautiful coin $159.00 holder like new.

    They were probably trying to remove signs of a die clash or something. Nice coin 👍

    That's some wild die polish. I'm gonna suppose that moisture rusted the dies over a long weekend. Ditto on a nice coin. Peace Roy
