The 1982-D small date bronze Lincoln cent- what is the POP?

A Friend notified me of a discussion he was having about all of these currently accounted for; I redacted the names:
PCGS CoinFacts has a tab for these but shows images of regular cents; apparently assigned the number 146034:
If you click for more images you get none:
They do cite an eBay raw example for auction record:
And clicking on the POP info gives this:
I do not see a PCGS slabbed one (or cert number) but only find the 2 reported NGC slabbed examples, the 1st from a Stack's Bowers auction, the second reported by Ken Potter.
So what am I missing on the PCGS POP info?
Thanks!

Strange twist- I found the PCGS eBay linked example:
As far as I know only the two examples that NGC certified.

I'm confused, too
the zinc cent coinfacts page for the purported "bronze" has a zinc cent coin number and the auction result is $18,000 for a pcgs genuine that's unholdered
one thing i'm sure of, is the picture of the loose cent in an auction record. it's not a pcgs holdered picture. did the auction spider capture an invalid auction?
mechanical error in coinfacts?
then does coinfacts report on the bronze?
help us obiwan
You'd think they were common considering how many people show up at my table with at least one when I work shows for ANACS. In almost every case, the coin is a large date incorrectly identified as a small date, or it's a Philadelphia coin. I've had people ask for my opinion and then submit them anyway, spending $50 or more on a coin worth $.01 despite my efforts to talk them out of it. One guy had 10 large dates he wanted to submit, insisting they were small dates, but his ridiculous declared value exceeded the limit we have for show submissions and I told him to sumbit them himself. I'm not sure if he ever did.
Links, please?
this one reports the auction
https://www.pcgs.com/auctionprices/item/1982-d-1c-zinc-small-date-bn/146034/-7888716909243214714
while this is the zinc the auction result is ion the page
https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1982-d-1c-zinc-small-date-bn/146034
and now i'm kind of curious why there isn't a place holder for the bronze
if there is one, i can't find it
is there non pop report for the bronze definitely because pcgs hasn't graded any?
Makes sense; what doesn't is they called the record auction example "PCGS Genuine"...
Curious if there is anyone from PCGS here who could help shed some light on this?
@PCGS_Moderator
I've escalated this to some others on our team.
Will keep you posted.
