CAC Customer Service..

I e-mailed them with a question, thinking I'd hear back from them in a few days. Five minutes later (and I mean 5 minutes), my phone rings. I couldn't believe it, it was CAC customer service! I'm still picking myself up off the floor!
I didn't even give them my phone number in the e-mail. They had my e-mail and information on file. Phenomenal!! I still can't believe it. Question answered, problem solved!!

I have also received excellent, fast, and helpful replies from CAC via email.

I had the same great service when one of my CAC'ed PCGS coin was not showing up on their website. The problem was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

I'd rather call and have them tell me the queue is full for the day, call back tomorrow. And then submit two issues through the website, wait two days and get a response to one of the issues without any context for which one they are replying to. Reply to that and wait a day or more, and resolve issues that way.

I haven’t had much reason to contact them, but the one or two times I did, I was highly impressed with CAC’s customer service.
I would like to echo the OP's sentiment . . . . .
GC and CAC. Two differing aspects of our hobby. Both are bright lights.
