Why can't I see them in my order area even after they are mailed? is this something new?

The same happened to me. PSA's scans didn't post until a couple weeks later.
And the scans are getting sloppy. Had a couple scans where there was a hair/lint on the scanner.
And the scans are inconsistent. Some have a black background and some are clear.
