Incuse Lettering?

Looking at a worn out 2023

Jovita Idar quarter, I found it interesting how worn out it was already, and all those letters were worn out too, except on closer inspection, yes, you could still see her name...then I realized her name was incuse while all the other letters were raised....so as the coin wears, her name remains prominent. Take a close look, am I correct??

I've seen a lot of modern quarters with that type of wear/damage. That's not normal wear for a 2023 coin. Often wondered what caused it.

Looks like acid reduction to me.

Maybe a washer and dryer coin. Completely obliterated with contact marks but I personally don't see any sign of acidic or strategic intentional damage.

Goes to show they were not thinking of coins having wear, because the denomination is already illegible. Nevertheless, the words within the entire design are illegible without wear and overall a terrible design idea, but that is just my opinion.
