2019 D Quarter Question

I have a 2019 D America the Beautiful Quarter for N. Mariana Islands. I had noticed what I believe is mechanical doubling in the arm. I include a few pictures of that. Then what caught my eye is what looks to be a doubled die in E, P, and L of E PLURIBUS. Could you experts take a look at the pictures a tell me what you think. I have learned a lot from you and appreciate you all!
Thank you in advance.

Nice find! It's almost appears as if the blank shifted somehow within the collar between two strikes.
No, it doesn't appear anything like that. Not even a little bit.
What it DOES appear to be is a totally real (and fairly strong) doubled die.
The listing for this date aren't inluat varieties vista, but this certainly looks good to me. Nice find!
I found a very similar doubling on 2017-P Effigy Mounds quarters. I sent my pics to Dr. James Wiles to analyze it. He said it was not a doubled die but "machine damage doubling" on incuse design elements. My examples were actually more dramatic than the one above, You can read about it my thread from March of 2017 here: https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/978323/major-doubled-die-reverse-2017-p-effigy-mounds-quarter-updated-machine-damage-doubling/p1
Sweet find!
I'd say a new discovery in the first week of 2025 garners a "You Suck" award.

Thanks everyone for the input! Do you think it would be advantageous to send this off to Wexler for attribution?
My suggestion is to post your photos on the CONECA forum for additional feedback. If they think it looks promising they will instruct you to send it in for an in hand look.
