How Does This Happen? Missing entire PCGS variation from population in category, "Type 1, Normal MS"

My coin certification number verifies and displays the normal coin information. In my registry, this coin shows up in the filtered inventory report, "Active Inventory That Does Not Match My Sets" After investigating why this is, there appears to be no PCGS # in the population that matches this 2019(W) Cleveland Minuteman MS FDI.
Anyone have any ideas why this is?
I'd call PCGS customer service to discuss this issue but I can't take the queue time to get someone on the line, brutal most days.

    Not sure what your problem is. I see the certification report and also the coin facts link for 698319 also works and shows 50 were graded 70.

    If it is a registry problem and the coin does not fit in a slot, you will have to call Emelio as the report a certificate link has not worked for a few weeks.
