I purchased the coin already encapsulated an some of the scratches are on the clear hard exterior. The coin is without FBL but is uncirculated an silver obviously. Some expert feedback of your knowledge on this coin would be appreciated an should I submit it in your opinion or just hang on to it. Thank you very much for your time

It would be better to photograph it outside the capsule.

I don't see any doubling. Is a DDO known? Variety Vista doesn't list one.
