PSA SMR Sort Order

Been bitchin bout this for over a year now - Why would PSA INSIST on sorting PSA SMR Values by the First Name, Last Name of the player - instead of Last Name, First name (as the entirety of the rest of civilization does)?

Seriously PSA - Reach around and pull your head outta your collective arses - This has been going on for WAY TOO LONG now.
