Help...

Hello. After nearly a decade I had to update my phone. However, the certification verification app is not linking to coin facts... Anyone knows how to fix this? Going mad...

    A decade?! I’m surprised your battery lasted longer than an hour at that age!

    On my phone, cert verification links to CoinFacts on the web, not the app. I think it’s always been that way.

    In my old phone, did connect to the app...
    The battery was one of the reason why I had to change it. The main reason? Many apps were not updating anymore or working. The new phone is a nightmare as nothing works the same...

    I have one suggestion that may help.

    Delete the app and all its data from the phone, then re-install from the App Store. That may re-establish the link.

    @Abuelo
    What phone did you buy?

    I'm at that point now with an old Samsung 7 that can't handle any updates, camera no longer works, the flash / flashlight no longer works basically the only thing is still does is make phone calls.

    @pruebas did but did not work.
    @JohnnyCache moved from a Samsung 8 to 24.

    BTW, found the fix:

    Go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Opening Links and ensure each app is allowed to open supported links. If needed, select Open supported links and set it to Always open.
