You don't have to collect ancients to appreciate that owl. Has to be one of the most popular world coins in the last 2500 years. People know about that one much in the same way that non-collectors have knowledge of the famous 1955 doubled die cent.

The gift I received is the wooden box (designed to store watches).

All of the coins have been in my collection for some time. I do like the Athenian Owl. Something is really cool about holding something that is over 2,400 years old.
