No known sales records of this coin error, has anyone ever seen this coin or would like to purchase it. The coin has a D next to the full S. I want to know should I sell it how it is or should I get it graded?

I think if you remove the corrosion, the "S" will also disappear. This is likely pareidolia.
It is not an "S" mintmark. It is the wrong size. It would also likely be a known variety since there should be numerous escapes of this as a die variety.
It’s scuffed next to the D -Not a mint mark
Not an error of any kind
If this was a D/S variety, there would have been hundreds of thousands minted
and would have been discovered by now. It is just some environmental damage
that looks like an S. No extra value there.
It’s not an impression it is raised.
Don’t waste your money. It’s just random chatter or scuffed as Fred said.
Spend it 👎
Looks interesting.
But there is a logical reason. Don't think it was made at the mint. Post mint damage of some kind.
But spend about $200 to find out and let us know.

Does not appear to be the right shape for the 'S' mintmarks in use up to that time period? I'd have to day post mint damage of some sort.
No, it is not raised.
Or, if you prefer, it is not raised anywhere near the height of the digits in the date or the height of the D mintmark.
If you feel otherwise, take a picture from an angle that shows that it is raised to the same height as those other devices, and then we'll have something to talk about.
Just pareidolia -
