Help me date a well worn Lincoln cent

I can clearly see 19x9 and I think that I see a mint mark. It's either a 1909S or 1919S. Clearly I'd like to think its the 09S, but leaning towards the 19. What do you think? The reverse is trashed.

My guess is that if a 1909-S were less valuable than other possible dates, you wouldn’t even consider it as an option. Where do you see any hint of a 0 in the date?

VDB on the shoulder means it's a 19-S.
Third photo down looks like 1919S
Was going to say exactly this, I can see the initials on the shoulder in the first two pics.

1919-S
Looks like there is a 3 after the 9 to my 54 year old eyes.
My first impression is that it is a 1915-S not a 1919-S.
1919-S
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
