You can still report using the new procedure.

the question mark slides up and down with scrolling
it is always in the lower right corner
unfortunately, for the coins i reported, i found there was only "counterfeit bullion" when reporting a counterfeit
i've given all kinds of marked up images as proof but no go. the best way seems to be to get these taken down is still by mass reporting
On an eBay counterfeit, please submit the 12 digit ID number.
Looks like the new feature name is "Submit a Report". Probably a bit more PC than "Report an Item"
