1973d Kennedy half missing clad layer

I am usually not this lucky.

-am I correct that this is a missing clad layer?
-if yes, then I have seen prices all over the place. What would be a fair estimate?

    @Ppp, IMO your Kennedy looks as though the reverse has been acid treated to remove the outer layer of CuNi. There is a lot of detail loss as compared to the obverse, where no acid was applied. So to me, this is PMD and only worth 50 cents.

    The reverse details look mushy to me, so my first reaction was also acid. But I'd consider entertaining the idea of split clad layer after striking.
