How often are dealers being offered fake coins in fake holders?

When they are offered, how do dealers respond? Do the major TPGs have a way to report such fakes when offered?

The quantity of the counterfeit stuff must be huge. Where is it all going? Are there really enough ignorant collectors out there to absorb the quantity of fakes being offered?

All glory is fleeting.

I purchased what I thought was a raw, gem, common date large cent back in the 1990s that turned out to be a fabulously well made counterfeit that the TPGs were aware of when I submitted it for grading. Aside from that, no one has offered me a fake coin and/or fake holder at a show.
