Turnaround times question

I thought there was a page on the PCGS site that listed approximate turn around times for the various service levels but can't seem to find it. It is still available and if so could someone provide a link? Thanks!

The "estimated turnaround times" are near the bottom of the page.

I have to like ANACS' transparency with a shipment they received from me yesterday. Not only did they give me a reasonable turnaround time for a moderns shipment, they sent a follow-up email saying several categories are running slow right now due to high volume. Fortunately, that doesn't include moderns. Much appreciated. BTW... a recent PCGS shipment, while I don't agree with some of the grades, was completed and returned in a perfect amount of time.
