This interesting piece found it's way back to me a couple weeks ago.
I had sold it to a friend for silly money a few years back and it came up while we were talking. I told him I really kinda missed it and gave him the same silly amount so I could have it back.
Of course it's raw and dirty...
This hobby sure is fun!

That’s cool, I collect random raw coins like that and put them in a custom cherry display box. One of the more fun pursuits in the hobby for me. After a decade it is almost full, if a strike out at a B&M or show I try to find one filler for it.

Anyone have any non-pillar Spanish 8 reales with chops? I don’t imagine many made it out of Spain. Rare if so.
