Looks rounded. There shouldn’t be an L on the neck, if rounded. There is no L, correct? Up close picture of the entire obverse w/o loop would be better.
Coin is very worn. Difficult to see if there's an L or not.

Rounded doesn't have the "L". Pointed has the "L".
The 1864 L actually has a modified narrow bust designed by Longacre; it’s a bit different than the pointed bust of 1860. Side note: the feathers were also sharper.
But @sellitstore makes a correct observation - if it’s a rounded bust like yours, there’s no L.
