Trick question for the quantumly challenged.
My picture is tiny! 😥
I meant it to be a zoomed up photo of the "mintmark" with a banner under it that says "I'm a D mintmark"!"
My attempt failed.

Thanks for your input.
Also, @CRHer700,
Love the banner you posted.. (a zoomed up photo of the "mintmark" with a banner under it that says "I'm a D mintmark"!")
Now lets see if she's the centerfold type. ( So far...1982, D, Small date, copper )
Thanks again.
Be back soon.
you know the 1922 no D cents
prove this isn't a grease filled die
That seems to be a fair motion,
She has a cool look, so it's manners plus time.
First one 3 part question, if I may? Please realize, I'm not trying to be sarcastic.
1. If it was a grease filled die, the striking would show intent to circulate a 1982 D small date copper cent, correct ?
2. Would progression ( give or take ) give the call, being the D mm, some back bone ? (hmm ?)
3. Would another identical D mm of any date, (Location, size, font) tell the tail ?
While I'm in my study, check out this small date. I'm gonna call it a stubby because the font just looks off that way.
I just came across it. Any thoughts ?
Normal look of a small date to me. (below)
I see damage. Note the bump on the rim.

Is this what your looking for as in. possible, a jack hammered D. Have a good week End
Question 3. Would another identical D mm of any date, (Location, size, font) tell the tail ?
Re:
A 1982 cent, large date, D mm, 3.1 copper.....Photo inverted, to show the most detail of the D mm.
.
First photo in thread. Weak D mm ? ...................................D mm. NOT INVERTED....................................!
.
Or is it progression ?
Two more.
Looks like the ultra rare emerald embedded variety.
A meteor strike!
