Baseball cap and gym bag

I have a Detroit Tigers black baseball cap. It is a New Era 39Thirty. It has the genuine merchandise tag inside. The back of the cap has the written tigers logo embroidered on it. I have only ever seen the MLB logo on the back. Is this a special edition. The hat is used. I have a nylon gym bag from 1978 with the wide eye tiger logo. Strangers have asked to buy it from me. Not sure why. My other posts will be about hockey cards. I want to get rid of them.

    New Era makes ton of hats. Your's came up in google search, it's just 'new' and folks probably haven't seen one if they don't look.

    I have one of their different Braves hats, nobody has seen anyone else wear one like it around here and I haven't seen anyone else with one (in any color they have), but you can buy them (came out this summer).

    Just point them online to find - it's on the newera site.

    Thank you for the hat info. It is the gym bag that people have offered to buy off me. I have been carrying this around for 40 plus years. Not sure why anyone would want it. I have attached two pictures. There is no tag info anywhere in or on the bag.

    Oh ha, bag not hat, duh.

    Pretty sure my oldest brother had that same bag for years. No clue on value but it's neat, don't see them anymore at all.
