Doesn't look like the same obverse as the reverse?
You wouldn't be trolling us now would you?
Possibly a 1943 Steel, throw it back in the fountain.
Any chance it is a 1944 steal?

Top one is a Roman coin.
A mule that crosses continents, governments, and millennia is an unbelievable find!
Firstly, it's penny, not pennie. Second, it's cent, not penny. Third, it's steel, not steal. And last, no one can date your coin.
I mean, nowadays you can date whatever you want, dinner and a movie is a classic move…that’s more likely to work than for you to find the numbers on a nonexistent coin.
I'm BACK!!! Used to be Billet7 on the old forum.
Believing that, why did you ask?
What a great coin. Mix of wheat penny and Dupondius Hadrian (27bc-476AD)
I like this guy
BHNC #248 … 130 and counting.

1909-1942 or 1944-1958...
There, I've narrowed it down for you. The rest is left as an exercise for the reader.

As for the grade I would call it (BU) beat up!
one side is round, and the other side is not.
Details grade, I detect an old cleaning.

The dating market has been plugging up the toilet since the advent of social media. So it's going to have to stay home tonight.
Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.
