Question to the bigger submitters

If you have a submission(less than 20 coins) that contains like over 1 million dollars in coins how does PCGS normally return these. I figured I could drive the submission down to where PCGS is coming too, but questioning about the return. I realize that a show that has on site, i could just wait, but the show In question where they will be submitted possibly is submission only, no on site. thanks

I don’t anticipate having this problem in the future.
I would guess in some cases it is cheaper to fly there to pick up the coins than to pay insurance on $1 million dollars in coins. I only know insurance costs on $10,000. If that grows proportionally as you approach $1 million, seems like it would get pricey.
Hopefully someone with experience is willing to put some hypothetical information out there. From the coins I have seen here it seems pretty common for people to exceed $1 million.

My client wants to get it done relatively quickly in 2025 so I may just have to do that, Ill contact PCGS and see how that process works. thanks.
Dont want to spill the beans yet, but there are coins in here that are simply nothing short of mindblowing. been raw since the 50's.
There is a reason the bigs offer "Walk Through" and Rarities services.

$300 + 1% of value. Plus probably a nice waiting room to sit in. Hopefully good coffee.

If you can drive to Newport Beach, you can probably drive to Las Vegas

Easiest is to show grade and pick up at the show. Didn’t you just have a plethora of packages get stolen / go missing? Why risk shipping if you can avoid it. Do it at FUN
Sounds like this situation may warrant a coin road trip to a national show to do walk through grading, or a coin road trip to PCGS in Newport Beach.
Armored car service?
I sure they could advise or handle the logistics.
