Both of these were rather spontaneous purchases, having come up in Facebook groups. The quarter is a PCGS PR65 and the cent is a PCGS 65RD.

Nice coins and Pics!

When you said 1936 and 1972 I immediately thought of both being DDO Lincolns. I didn't foresee a 1936 proof quarter, but I got the cent right. 😄

I gotta get me a '72 DDO
Are there different die marriages?
Seem to be a confusing number of minor DDO's?
BST: KindaNewish (3/21/21), WQuarterFreddie (3/30/21), Meltdown (4/6/21), DBSTrader2 (5/5/21) AKA- unclemonkey on Blow Out
There are several minor DDOs, mostly showing doubling on IGWT. 9 are on VarietyVista and 26 on Wexler's site. Nothing comes close to the big one, though.

Nice when coins like that just fall in your lap!
Nice coins congrats, the 72 looks familiar I may have seen that on FB.

That is pretty nice for a 65RD.
My calculator must have bad batteries, neither comes up as a Prime Number.
I pulled the trigger on it last week.
