This 1979 O-Pee-Chee Hockey Wax Box Sealed Case is up for grab again, with all the publicity I think it might actually go over the last auction price which was over $3Mil.... will see.

I would suggest the winner take that case for CT scan to make sure there's no mold on those cards. LOL

there was a video of bbce opening the case to wrap each box...those boxes looked MINT!

Consignor and/or auction house should sue the non paying buyer for breach and try to recover some of the delta between the 2.5M and the original sale price. Same way a seller would sue a buyer for not closing on a RE purchase.
