1914/ 3 Buffalo interesting example

Hello,
Recently cherry-picked this 1914/3 Buffalo it has pretty decent 3 crossbar for the variety yet it also shows bottom curve of 3 external line. It goes from foot of 4 to left end of 4 crossbar. Has anyone ever seen or heard about example with visible bottom part of 3?

I don't know about the 1914/3, (not much experience with those) but looks like a nice die clash under the Indian's chin.

I have trouble with this overdate. To my eye, it's just not nearly as clear or bold as most other popular overdates. I can usually see faint remnants of the "3" but it always seems so faint as to be questionable.

I'd love to hear more comments about how to definitively identify this overdate.

Yes, I can see traces of a possible "3" lower loop on the most enlarged photos above but not so much on the less enlarged ones.
