2000p nickel with strange mark any help please.

The spots by the w in we is raised above the field and tapers down to points from the rim. There is no impression marks it appears to have been minted this way but what would cause it.thanks in advance.

    It looks like the die had some damage. Cool find.

    Minor error. Small die flaw near rim and possible lamination to the right of that.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    That honestly looks right for die damage. I'm a bit surprised considering the nature of the title. 😆
