Anyone have experience with PayPal Shipping & ShipGuard Insurance?

Thinking about sending a $2500 coin via PayPal shipping and insuring via PayPal & Shipguard Shipping with Parcel Guard Insurance.
The rate is $15 cheaper than USPS and coins seem to be covered.

Question is has anyone filed a claim thru them and do they pay or jerk you around.
