Where to buy individual Lighthouse coin capsules?

I'm looking to buy about 15 Lighthouse coin capsules in various sizes. I want the round GRIPS capsules that hold the coin directly, without a black foam ring. I've found many places online that sell the capsules in boxes of 10, but I don't need 10 of any one size. Anyone know where I can buy Lighthouse capsules individually?
