1887 event engraved dime

So I'm poking my finger thru a flea market tray of trinkets and doodads, when I stumbled across this cool engraved sailing scene. The "Volunteer" on the sail reminded me that was the winner of the America's Cup in1887. And it's on the appropriate dated dime. Enjoy. Peace Roy

    I agree that CR looks reasonable, but if that part to the lower right can be classified as a space-filling flourish and the second letter is a P, then...."the owner was General Charles J. Paine."
