Silver Collectors Club Membership Payment Issue

I have the silver membership and it is about to expire, I went to my account to do that, and it has a text in green that says: Auto Renews and the date of expiration.
Something that I never set up, I simply want to make the payment like normally was able to do in the other ones that I did in the past.
I asked via email to PCGS you get a case number on that email, did that on NOV.11.2024 and still zero response. Have replied to them twice to ask them again and still no response in four days.

I just find out today that there is a red button to stop the recurring charge, after clicking on a previous order, in there this note:

This order includes a recurring charge and is automatically renewed upon the date of expiration unless you cancel any future billings.
This can be done by signing in into your account page in the store section of our web site and clicking the button that says "stop future billing."

Something I simple ignored and did not look or knew on any of my previous payments, because on all of them I was able to simply came back and do my payment before the expiration date.
So, I just went and clicked on that red button and got an auto response email:
PCGS Store Membership/Subscription: Future Billing Deactivated
Looks like after this, it will need to renew, will see where it ends.
Ahhh! The fine print.
