Any Info on these?

Any information on these would be greatly appreciated. In addition to the 2 shown, I also have Rickey Henderson and Tom Seaver, They appear to be from 1982. They are printed on newspaper, but I do not know if they came from a newspaper or news type magazine.

  • Doubt they're worth a penny, but I'd be pimping that Cadillac. B)

    Enjoy the go.

  • They are obviously cut from a 1982 Maryland newspaper, possibly The Gaithersburg Gazette which started production in 1982. I couldn’t find anything on Al Ray the artist. They would certainly be of interest to Ryan, Seaver, Henderson, and Righetti collectors.

  • I used to love Lakeforest Mall. Mentioned at the bottom of the car ad. Got a lot of my baseball cards there. The KayBee had the rack packs in a big case. Then I suppose all the kids like me fishing through there trying to find a Pete Rose or a Cal or whoever showing busted some of the racks and meant there was a nice stack of loose cards they would sell for like 2 cents each. Not like I knew that grading would be coming and it would be close to impossible get a PSA 10 that way. But then it was about completing sets and getting as many of the stars as possible. Think I got 7 84 Carews that way, fishing through those piles.
