LBJ Presidential Library identified that "Silver coins with Presidential seal" was a Presidential Giveaway.
The 1964 Kennedy half dollar was the first silver coin to feature the design elements of the Presidential seal.
Just so happens it was also "among the first Kenndy half dollars to be issued by the Treasury".
The letter is a nice touch with the LBJ signature.
