Photoshopped and stolen images; virtual counterfeits!

This seller had these three listed in their history.
Starting with the 2017, images originally came from the Heritage auction listed on the PCGS on-line cert.
Some additional searching found the AliExpress example for sale:
And then the 2018; this one just looks bad! I would guess the lister photoshopped a genuine coin into the bad slab/ label. The reverse image used is of the Heritage 2017 reverse.
The PCGS on-line cert has an image of the genuine coin but not one in the slab.
And I also found the Ali offering for this one:
