Both references are like-new. Pages are crisp like they've never been opened before. Only some minor staining on the bottom of the Overton, but no liquid damage noticeable. Manley appears flawless.
The Half Cent Die State book is the go-to reference for half cents. It includes attribution for all die marriages as well as die state study. Seldom seen and highly desirable, this is key find for an early copper enthusiast. Perfect condition is ideal for this issue, because with heavy use, the binding is known to deteriorate. Grab this reference while you can!
The Overton 3rd edition is the most recommended attribution resource for all early half dollars, 1794-1836. Near-perfect condition is also tough to find for this issue, since these are used and abused. Ask any BHNC member for their 3rd edition and you'll see for yourself.
