I've had these RONR quarters for a while. Is there a name for this type of rim error?

Those need sent to our host for certification. Any modern coin mint errors are hard to find.

Could you put a value on them?

Really? I’d think these are worth ~$25

Your right, about $25 each on eBay if sold raw, more if certified.

Which means that after the costs to ship, variety/error, and grading the submitter would be losing money, so saying these need to be sent in is false.

More specifically a "tilted partial collar".

There might be some die markers. I don't know, I'll have to check.

I need a little help here, not familiar at all with this type error, but after looking at several different photos of this type strike, I come up with totally different results.
Are both photos of the coins below considered partial collar strikes or does additional terminology need be added, suchas, tilted, off center or other description? Just curious for the knowledge in each regard.
    Thanks,
    Jim
