I don't have better pictures, as it is something that I was planning on buying. Based on the responses, It probably isn't, however I think that I may still buy it if I can get close to melt, and if I do I will take better pictures.
It would be a nice addition to my cherrypicker's guide collection.

It does to me, even with the hit on the lower portion, but I have never collected this type error., so maybe not the best person's opinion. Here is a pcgs closeup of the inverted "s".

Yes. The larger portion of the loop of mintmark should be on the bottom, not the top, like on the OP image. IMO.
