I just pulled this coin from a US Mint Roll I’ve had for 24 Years. It has cavity in the eagles breast. Would this be considered an error?

Don't take photographs of the computer screen. Post the actual graphics files.
I have no idea whether the actual coin would be considered an error because third-generation photos aren't clear enough to say anything.
Looks like damage from another coin, not an error.

Here are the picture files
If it's been in a mint roll for 24 years, it's probably a struck thru something. And yes, it would be considered a mint error if it happened during the minting process.

Much better photo. Those microscopes are good, but getting the photo off just takes a few extra steps.
That’s just when another coin impacted that spot. Otherwise, nice looking coin for the album
It's a nice looking coin but forget this:

Looks like a strike through error to my eye. A bit of premium but not a lot. I'd keep, it's interesting for sure. Put in album tail side up!

It could be damage from another Sac Dollar falling into the acceptance bin after striking.
