What would you do in a case like this? Your purchase is then re-listed

Ok, so I purchased this set of Buffalo nickels on eBay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/395867716383
I paid immediately and then later in the day see this listing from the same seller:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/395867905775
Of course I contacted the seller and have not received a response.
In this sitsuation, what would you do if anything at all?

I'd stop buying from sellers with 83% feedback scores.
It looks like the seller has "sold" the same album twice already. Couple that with the feedback they have and I'd be pretty spooked. I'd be trying to get a refund, pronto.
Seems a little shady.
Low feedback seller...
Contact eBay and get your money back.
What were you looking at in this lot?
I don't see much in the way of dates on the early nickels?
What would make that set worth $300 let alone $500?
Obviously the same listing, if you really wanted the set you could buy it again and get your money back for one of the listings?
I run into this every once in a while. They keep raising the price until it stops selling. They should research what they own and price it accordingly, or accept their shot-in-the-dark quick sale.
I second that!
If I could, I'd leave negative feedback.

I would do an item not received claim with ebay, then leave negative feedback after I get my refund.
Call eBay give them a heads up potential problem they will make a note.
Very odd behavior.
You should probably open a case to start a refund if you don't hear anything from the seller soon (which I'm guessing you won't).
It's even worse than it looks.
One of his few feedbacks is this one, which I've noticed appearing on ebay lately;
eBay automated feedback-
"This seller successfully completed an order.
Is ebay giving feedback automatically now? 🤔
It's had the option for 10 years or more for you to set the feedback to automatic in a seller account. It used to be free but it's now part of a seller package. I used it when it was free. I stopped when it was part of a package I didn't want to pay for.
Maybe vengeful and wrong but I’d buy it at $500, and then file a not as described case. I’d withdraw it for a $200 refund and then leave two negative feedbacks.
I still have automatic feedback set in my account without having to pay separately.
My Ebay Store
File a police report online with your local department reporting stolen merchandise, then file a report with eBay on the new auction stating the seller is selling stolen goods and upload a copy of your police report.
Let’s see if their AI system says there’s no problem with this auction.
I'll have to go back and look again. I miss it. It was a time saver. I was sorry to lose it.
I'd say the seller is very young.
RFR.
That would be a foolish and dishonest thing to do.
