Seeking 1.75 inch archival double flips

Okay, goin' a little crazy here. For years I've used 1.5 and 2.0 in. square double archival coin flips. The smaller size works for U.S. coins up to a half dollar. So recently I got a whole bunch of beautiful abafil suitcases with a variety of trays. Perfect for my shows. But the trays don't properly hold 2x2 flips, they are either too large or too small. I noticed the coin flips I purchased at the NYINC show at or near the Abafil table fit. They are approximately 45 mm / 1.75 inches. Large enough to hold a silver dollar but small enough to fit snugly in the trays I have. Where the hell can I buy these in archival materials? I see a 45 mm vinyl "bag" online that says its pvc. Abafil references BD/50 holders. But 50 doesn't make sense, sounds too large. Any recommendations for where I can order these? I like the second pocket for inserts, which you can complete by hand or computer design. Thanks!
