"Proof" eBay does not care about reporting items . . .
I filed a report for this item, it's an UNSLABBED Sacagawea being called "PCGS MS65"
https://www.ebay.com/itm/235702095240
Here is the response I got . . .
A decision was made on the listing you reported

Do real people look at these anymore?

I tried and used the following. (I rarely submit reports)
Listing practices
Fraudulent listing activities
You suspect that the listing is fraudulent
The coin shown is not graded by PCGS. Listing a raw coin as MS65 is not allowed.
Face it, eBay doesn't care. And using an artificial stupid lets them put another layer in front.
In business school, they taught us you can predict behavior with better than 9 of 10 accuracy if you understand how something is valued/paid for... eBay makes money off FVFs.

This is also the kind of listing that isn't really worth reporting. Anyone who thinks that's a PCGS 65, doesn't know what either term means.

It's been removed.
Do you really think it's anything more than a screen that shows the listing plus a button for the CSR to press? And the "It's OK" button is pre-selected???

The response you received isn't actually proof, as the listing was removed by eBay. I've received the same reply to many other coins I've reported, but which were also subsequently removed.

This would have been a better option for reporting the listing:

As Mark pointed out, if the report form isn't filled out correctly it is more than likely automated with an unfavorable response.
Perhaps seeing now what eBay did to handle the subject coin the OP could modify and edit this thread with a different headline?

It has been removed by eBay. They must have listened to somebody.
I don't think eBay removed it. I put this coin on my watch list and got an offer from the seller for $20. I asked him for the PCGS certification number. He must have removed it.
Not possible. If he ended the listing, it would still be there but ended. Ebay removed it completely.
In addition to that, if you click on a link for an eBay listing and the below message appears, it means that eBay removed the item, rather than that the seller ended the listing.

The listing was reported and removed...
Do you feel eBay cares more about keyword spamming than fraudulent listing?
It's easier to verify.
I don’t know. But that’s beside the point because as @jmlanzaf posted, keyword spamming is much easier to verify than fraud.

I suspect eBay is as concerned about keyword spamming as they are about shill bidding. Both help their bottom line.
I suspect that you're correct. But at least they removed this particular listing, as they do with some (though not nearly enough) others.
