Photographer for toned proof coins

I suck at taking photos but have some really nice coins in my collection. Anyone out there do a great job with toned proof coins?

    Send a PM to FlyingAl.

He is busy in his 1st year in college, but he recently photographed two toned proof Lincoln Cents of mine (he has photographed coins owned by other forum members also). He is very talented. Perhaps he could squeeze you in.

Do you prefer the fields light or dark, or both?

Flying Al is fantastic but may be a bit busy with school, Mark Goodman is still an amazing photographer. Either one would be able to provide you with top quality photos.

Both. Most older toned proof coins look different depending on the way you hold them.

As many above have said, I'm quite selective on who I'm taking photos for right now. I'm extremely busy to say the least.

Generally, I look for something in the grouping that excites me and is something that I want to shoot. If you send me a list of what you have I'll take a look and we can go from there.

A few years ago I sent some toned coins to Mark Goodman. He is honest, easy to work with, and took some great images. My only concern was the coins are not insured while they are in his possession. Perhaps this is common, I haven't asked other photographers.

I cannot say about all but I believe that this is/was also true for Flying Al.
