The 1856-S Seated Quarter Dollar, like most "large S" versions is a pretty tough coin. This one is the S/s variety, which is claimed to be about 10% of the surviving population.
What do you think it straight graded at? (No cheating! 😂)

10.
It looks cleaned, but if it straight-grades, I'll go with VG-8.

Net graded 10 but most likely worth Fine money. That’s a lot of meat for one of those. If it was a common date it would details I suspect for PVC and pin scratches

12 and a good variety for a seated collection.
Here it is in the holder, and the actual appearance of the coin. Trueview is weird.
I thought it was solidly undergraded at a VG8. F12 was my call.

I've collected seated quarters for probably fifteen years, I've never seen a VG slab with that much meat.
I do prefer a meaty coin as opposed to an overgraded coin, so at least there's that.
