No stickers for this one due to the planchet lamination. But, I still like it & it’s the only RD S-11 known:

Excellent example. What accounts for the difference in color with the lam metal in regard to the rest of the coin surface? Camera lighting?
@BLUEJAYWAY The lamination is the same color as the rest of the coin, any color difference is the way the lighting is hitting it.
Where did you get/find that coin @ifthevamzarockin?

I picked it up at a local coin show.
I paid just a little over melt for it.
Nice! 👍 👍

Great pickup for that price.
@ifthevamzarockin - I'm wondering if it would be worth getting slabbed.

It kinda reminds me of the jaw on the Wizard Of Oz tin man.

The obverse has been cleaned and it would get a details grade.
Edited to add: That is how I got it soo cheap.
The dealer that had it priced it at $75 and once I pointed out the cleaning he was ready to just get it out of his display case.
I liked this thread right off, cool stuff all 👍
@coinguy82 @Creg - I wouldn't try it but I'm just wondering if you tried folding those lamination's back, would they fall off?

The hinge looks strong, I’d say yes.
Not worth the risk. Look better with the flap intact.
